Furrwila provides pet care, grooming, training, and boarding services with the utmost care, safety, and professionalism. While every effort is made to ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of your pet, pet care inherently carries certain risks.

By availing Furrwila’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Furrwila shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, loss, or death of a pet caused by pre-existing health conditions, natural causes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  2. It is the owner’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or special needs prior to service.

  3. Furrwila reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet exhibits aggressive or unsafe behavior.

  4. All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and health records as required by Furrwila’s policy.

  5. Any veterinary care deemed necessary during the pet’s stay will be arranged at the owner’s expense.

Use of our services constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer and agreement to our terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

At Furrwila, we value your trust and aim to provide the highest standard of pet care services. Our refund policy ensures fairness while maintaining the quality and scheduling of our services.

  1. Cancellations

    • Bookings cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled service start time are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  2. No-Show Policy

    • If you fail to drop off your pet at the agreed time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

  3. Service Disruptions by Furrwila

    • In the rare case that Furrwila is unable to provide the booked service due to operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  4. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  5. Special Packages & Offers

    • Promotional or discounted bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
