A legal disclaimer

1. Service Scope
Furrwila provides pet grooming, training, adoption assistance, and boarding services. All services are delivered with the utmost care, safety, and professionalism, following industry best practices.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance and paid for as per the agreed rate.

  • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service start time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Pet Health & Safety

  • All pets must be in good health and up to date on vaccinations.

  • Owners must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs prior to booking.

  • Furrwila reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a pet poses a risk to staff, other animals, or itself.

5. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution for your pet’s safety and comfort, Furrwila shall not be held liable for:

  • Illness, injury, loss, or death caused by pre-existing health conditions, natural causes, or incidents beyond our reasonable control.

  • Emotional distress or stress-related symptoms during or after boarding/training.

  • Veterinary expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances during the service period (covered by the owner).

6. Emergencies

  • In the event of a medical emergency, Furrwila will seek immediate veterinary care for your pet. The cost will be borne by the pet owner.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the legal disclaimer.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Services Offered

Furrwila provides the following services:

  • Pet boarding (short-term & long-term)

  • Pet grooming & spa treatments

  • Pet training programs

  • Pet adoption assistance

  • Pet pick-up and drop-off (where available)

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; confirmed bookings will not be affected.

  • Promotional and seasonal offers are subject to availability and may have separate terms.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48 hours or more before service: Full refund.

  • Within 48 hours of service start: 50% refund.

  • No-shows: No refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Special packages, memberships, and discounted services are non-refundable but may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

 

4. Pet Health Requirements

  • All pets must have valid vaccination certificates (rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and other regionally required vaccines).

  • Pets must be free from contagious diseases and parasites.

  • Owners must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, behavioral issues, or history of aggression before booking.

  • Furrwila reserves the right to refuse service to pets that pose a risk to staff, other animals, or themselves.

 

5. Pet Care & Safety

  • While in our care, pets will receive food, water, exercise, and safe accommodation in accordance with industry standards.

  • We make every effort to maintain your pet’s health and well-being, but boarding and grooming involve inherent risks.

  • Owners are encouraged to bring their pet’s regular food to avoid dietary changes.

 

6. Medical Emergencies

  • In case of illness or injury, Furrwila will attempt to contact the owner immediately.

  • If urgent veterinary care is required, we will take your pet to a licensed veterinarian.

  • All veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the owner.

  • If the owner cannot be reached, Furrwila’s decisions regarding medical treatment will be final and binding.

 

7. Owner Responsibilities

  • Ensure your pet is fit for grooming, boarding, or training services.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet.

  • Supply any required medications with clear written instructions.

  • Provide emergency contact details.

 

8. Liability & Indemnity

  • Furrwila shall not be liable for injury, illness, escape, loss, or death of a pet due to:

    • Pre-existing health conditions

    • Natural causes

    • Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters)

    • Pet’s own behavior or aggression

  • Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furrwila, its staff, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their pet’s behavior or condition.

 

9. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos or videos of pets in our care for promotional and record-keeping purposes.

  • If you do not wish your pet’s image to be used, please notify us in writing before the service begins.

 

10. Conduct & Service Refusal

  • Furrwila reserves the right to refuse service or terminate ongoing service if a pet shows aggression, causes repeated disruption, or poses a safety threat.

  • No refunds will be issued in cases where service termination is due to owner’s non-disclosure or pet’s dangerous behavior.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram.

 

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and/or using Furrwila’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
