Cancellation Policy
1. INTRODUCTION This Service Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Furrwila Pet Care Services (“Furrwila”) provides grooming, training, boarding, daycare and adoption. By availing services, the Pet Owner (“Owner”) agrees to the conditions herein. 2. GENERAL CONDITIONS Owners must present updated vaccination records and disclose any health or behavioural issues. Furrwila reserves the right to refuse service where a pet is unfit, unsafe, or poses risk. 3. GROOMING Appointments are preferred; walk-ins subject to capacity. Charges may vary by breed, size, coat and temperament. Furrwila shall not be liable for aggravation of pre-existing conditions such as skin issues or matting-related injuries. 4. TRAINING Training uses humane reinforcement methods. Outcomes vary with pet temperament and owner participation. No guaranteed behavioural correction is implied. 5. BOARDING & DAYCARE Only vaccinated pets are admitted. Drop-off and pick-up within prescribed hours; late fees may apply. Owners must provide food, medicines and instructions. Furrwila is not liable for minor injuries or stress from group play. Emergency veterinary care will be arranged at the Owner’s cost. 6. ADOPTION Adoptions are subject to screening and approval. Fees are non-refundable and cover care and vaccination. Furrwila may reclaim a pet in cases of neglect, abuse or abandonment. 7. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION Full payment is due before or at service. Cancellations within 24 hours attract fees. Deposits and adoption fees are non-refundable unless required by law. 8. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY Owners acknowledge risks inherent to pet care. Furrwila shall exercise due care but is not liable for injury, illness or incidental events save gross negligence. Owners indemnify Furrwila from damages or claims caused by their pet. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurgaon, Haryana. 10. AMENDMENTS Furrwila may revise this Policy without prior notice; updates shall be displayed at service premises and/or website.
